Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • chicken breast - 9 oz (250 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • rosemary - 1 sprig
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - a generous pinch
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • salt
  • olive oil

How to make

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Finely chop the rosemary, garlic cloves and parsley.

Mix them with the breadcrumbs and place them in a plastic bag.

Add the potatoes and meat into the bag and shake it, so that the breadcrumbs and spices stick to them.

Pour the potatoes and the meat in a greased baking pan, drizzle them with olive oil and bake them, until they aquire a golden brown color.

Just before removing the baking pan from the oven, add pieces of mozzarella.

All you have to do is melt the mozzarella and the dish is ready.
