How to make
Heat the olive oil and 1 spoon of butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the crushed garlic and fry it, while stirring in the meantime, for about 1 minute.
Raise the temperature of the hob and add the shrimp, season with salt and black pepper. Cook the shrimp with garlic for 2-4 minutes, while stirring often.
Add the butter and stir. Add the lemon juice and half of the chopped parsley. Cook the fried shrimp for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the shrimp with garlic and sprinkle them with the remaining fresh parsley and fresh lemon.
