How to make
Cut the broccoli into equal pieces! It is very important that they are the same, because after the heat treatment they must have the same crispness.
Boil about 1 liter of water with 1 level top tablespoon of sea salt.
Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Take them out in a colander and leave them to drain well for a few minutes.
In a pan, melt the butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 3 cloves of garlic.
Add the broccoli, cover them and leave them to stew on low heat for about 2-3 minutes or until the desired crispiness of the vegetables is obtained.
Serve the stewed broccoli with butter and garlic with thick slices of lemon as a delicious side dish to light meat and fish!
