Ingredients

  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) natural
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • white sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • brown sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • ricotta - 9 oz (250 g)
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • powdered sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl in a water bath. Stir, until they have melted and a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Leave it to cool slightly.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and both types of sugar. Add to them the mixture of chocolate and butter in a thin stream, while stirring constantly.

Sift the flour and cocoa and add them as well. Stir with a spatula. Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it.

Mix the ricotta cheese with 1 egg and powdered sugar. Pour this mixture in several places over the chocolate mixture.

Make circular motions with a wooden skewer or whatever will do the job.

Put the brownie in a preheated oven to bake for 45 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees). Leave it to cool completely and cut it into squares.

Serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
