How to make

The apricots are immersed for about 40 seconds in boiling water, then they are removed and immersed in ice-cold water.

Cut them in half, remove their seed and peel them. Sprinkle them with 1 tbsp. of flour and 1/2 cup of sugar.

Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the sugar and cold butter and stir until granules form. Gradually add the cream and quickly shape it with your hands.

Spread it out on the bottom of the cookware (glass baking pan). The apricots are arranged on top with the hole facing up.

Pour the sauce over them, which they have released. Sprinkle them with 2-3 tbsp. of sugar and cinnamon.

Drizzle it with a little melted butter.

The pie is baked at 430°F (220°C).

Cut it into 2 or 4 pieces when it has cooled down and garnish it with vanilla ice cream.

The apricot cobbler is very tasty.
