How to make
Mash the bananas with a fork, add the sugar and oil and stir.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix until a soft and sticky dough is obtained. In a deep bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
Tear small pieces of the dough or scoop with a spoon from the dough, roll it in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and arrange the cookies in a tray onto baking paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 degrees) for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn them, because they become quite hard.
Once they aquire a golden color at the edges, take the tray out of the oven and the cookies out of the tray.
