How to make
Clean the fish. Salt it, sprinkle it with black pepper and prepare it for baking in a large greased baking pan.
Peel and slice the carrots. Bake, until the mackerel aquires a brownish-golden color.
Prepare the glaze: In a saucepan pour the liquid ingredients, sugar and ginger.
Leave them to boil at a low temperature. It needs to start bubbling. Add the flour, but be careful, so that it doesn't lump up.
Using kitchen tongs, place each fish fillet in the sauce and glaze it.
If desired, you can also glaze them carrots.
You can now serve the fish.
