How to make
Finely chop the garlic and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, thyme, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Leave it on the stove for 10 minutes.
Once you remove it from the heat, add the finely chopped parsley. Pour the tomato sauce on the bottom of a round baking pan.
Wash and slice the zucchini, peppers and onions.
Arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the tomato sauce in two rows.
Place baking paper on them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
Then remove the paper and bake the ratatouille for another 15-20 minutes.
The Classic Ratatouille is ready.
