How to make
In a medium large cup, with a thick glass, put the cleaned and dried mint leaves. Pour the lime juice and brown sugar over them and start rubbing and squishing them, but not too roughly, rather gently and carefully, to release the aroma.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and place 2 slices of lime, then top up with carbonated water. Put a straw in and serve with a slice of lime and some mint leaves.
