Peal and shred the cucumber. Mix it with the tomato juice and blend.
Shred the beatroot in a bowl and add 5 tsp of water. You may add more water if you wish, if the mixture is two thick.
Add the beatroot to the pureed cucumber and blend again to a achieve a homogeneous mix. Season with salt, black pepper and pinch of celery powder.
