"A superb fall salad we recommend serving with a glass of red wine."

Ingredients

  • beans - 4/5 cup (200 g), large, for salad
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pickles - 3
  • peppers - 3, red, roasted
  • onions - 1 head or 3 stalks of green onion
  • oil - 1 cup
  • lemons - juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt - to taste
  • all purpose sauce - 1 tablespoon, optional
  • savory - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil and drain the beans, julienne the pickles and ham into short strips, chop the peppers finely. Put the products into a bowl, add the finely chopped onion.

Add salt, oil, lemon juice and all purpose sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle it with savory. Let stand for several hours and then serve.
