How to make
Grate the washed zucchini and then strain the water well. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and the Caciotta cheese into small cubes.
In a suitable deep bowl, beat the eggs until a fluffy mixture is obtained and add the ricotta along with the flour. Then add the broccoli, zucchini, Caciotta cheese, salt and milk.
Mix the mixture well and pour it into a greased mold. Arrange the sliced cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 190 degrees with the fan on. It takes about 30 minutes.
The ricotta, broccoli and zucchini quiche is ready.
