Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 medium - sized pc.
  • broccoli - 200 g
  • ricotta - 250 g
  • caciotta cheese - 50 g
  • white flour - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 50 ml
  • cherry tomatoes - about 15 pcs.
  • salt - by taste
  • butter - 10 g (to grease the mold)
  • grana padano - or parmesan for sprinkling

How to make

Grate the washed zucchini and then strain the water well. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and the Caciotta cheese into small cubes.

In a suitable deep bowl, beat the eggs until a fluffy mixture is obtained and add the ricotta along with the flour. Then add the broccoli, zucchini, Caciotta cheese, salt and milk.

Mix the mixture well and pour it into a greased mold. Arrange the sliced ​​cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 190 degrees with the fan on. It takes about 30 minutes.

The ricotta, broccoli and zucchini quiche is ready.
