Ingredients

  • plain biscuits - 7.8 oz (220 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • for the white mixture
  • condensed milk - 1 box (397 g)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • coconut shavings - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

The biscuits are ground with a blender or finely crushed

Add the melted butter, powdered sugar, cocoa and milk to them. The mixture is mixed until it's smooth.

With the help of a rolling pin spread it out onto a cling film in the shape of a rectangle.

The condensed milk is heated along with the butter until it melts.

Add the coconut shavings.

The resulting cream is spread out on the brown crust.

With the help of the foil it is rolled up into an easy sweet roll.
