How to make
Bake the raw cashews in a non greased pan until they aquire a lightly golden color.
Then grind the cashews in a blender until a paste is obtained.
Pour the paste into a bowl. Add the coconut shavings and agave syrup.
Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a separate bowl, put some coconut shavings, in which you will roll the sweet truffles.
Form balls of the same size and roll them in the coconut shavings.
Arrange the coconut sweets in a box, which is able to close tightly.
Store the raw sweets in the refrigerator.
