How to make
Mix the dry products in a large bowl. Add the water, butter and 1 egg. Mix a dough with a mixer for 6-7 minutes - you need to get a soft and slightly sticky dough. Transfer it to a greased bowl and cover.
Keep the dough in a warm place for 1-2 hours while it increases its volume twice. Form 12-16 buns from the dough, cover them and let them rest for 20 minutes. Form the buns once again and arrange in a baking tray.
Leave them in a warm place yet again to rise for 60-90 minutes. Smear them with egg and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for bread, at 390°F (200 °C), for 15 minutes.
