How to make
Pour 4 tbsp (60 ml) of orange juice into two suitable ice cream sundae bowls. Put a scoop of ice cream in the middle and grate 0.5 oz (15 g) of chocolate in each.
Around the ice cream distribute the sliced peach and apricots (3 pcs.) in each bowl.
Drizzle them with a little caramel sauce and add the other ball of ice cream - vanilla. Drizzle with caramel again and sprinkle with crocan.
Prick the chocolate wafer rolls into the ice cream and place a fresh mint leaf in each bowl.
A great dessert for hot summer days!
