How to make
Clean and wash all of the vegetables. Cut them into pieces and pour about 700 ml of water or homemade vegetable broth.
Boil over medium heat for 25 minutes (starting from the moment of boiling)
Season the vegetable soup with salt and black pepper, add olive oil and puree until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained.
Serve the finished cream soup into bowls sprinkled with more olive oil. Enjoy the combination of boiled potatoes and fennel!
