How to make
Knead everything except the apples into a dough. Leave the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator, then put it in a baking dish. Peel the apples, grate them and sprinkle them on top of the dough.
Then arrange the cinnamon sticks for decoration on top and sprinkle it with sugar. Place the cake in the oven on not too high of a temperature. After baking, sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon.
