"For an authentic Mexican experience, try preparing these Burritos at home"

Ingredients

  • tortilla wraps - 3 pcs.
  • potatoes - 3 pcs
  • chorizo - 9 slices
  • yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g), 4.5% fat
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • feta cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • For the guacamole
  • avocado's - 2 pcs, ripe
  • tomatoes - 1 pc, ripe
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.
  • salt - to taste
  • onions - 1 tbsp. Finely chopped
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Let's start by preparing the guacamole.

Juice the lemon. Peel tho onion and chop it finely. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with the help of a spoon.

Skin the tomato. Peel the garlic and press it with a garlic press. Mash the avocado and tomato with a fork.

Add the olive oil, lemon garlic, salt and mix all the ingredients together. You can add a little chilly, if you like it spicy.

Now let's assenble the burritos:

Wash and boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes. Allow them to cool and skin them. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Heat a pan, drizzle with olive oil and cook the eggs stirring constantly. Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.

Spread a tbsp. of yogurt on each tortilla. Arrange 3 pieces of Chorizo and add the egg and potato mix on top.

Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, add the guacamole and roll the tortillas into a wrap. Add a spoon of yogurt and guacamole on top as garnish.
