How to make
First, we need to put the octopus on the hob to boil - at least 2 hours, or a maximum 4 hours depending on its size. When the octopus is fully cooked, set it aside to cool.
When the octopus has cooled, cut it into smaller pieces. Knead the flour, breadcrumbs, starch and ground paprika in a large bowl.
Roll the octopus pieces in the mixture that is in the bowl. Heat the oil and put the octopus in the oil. Remove the fried octopus and place it onto kitchen paper.
Serve the lean breaded octopus on a plate and pour the lemon juice over it.
