"White wine or rose will go well with this fish - the choice is entirely yours"

Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 1/3 of a bunch
  • grapefruit - 1/2 pc. (yellow)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • monkfish - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt - by taste
measures

How to make

Cut the monkfish into pieces, season it with salt, put it on low heat and cover it.

Finely chop the garlic and parsley, add the grapefruit juice and olive oil.

Bake the fish on both sides, do not overcook it - it should remain juicy.

Serve the fish on a plate and pour the marinade over it.

I'll leave it up to you to choose the garnish!

The monkfish in marinade is wonderfully delicious!
