For the preparation of this immunostimulant, I recommend you to use a device like a nutri blender, in which you will blend everything perfectly, in order to use every precious drop of the useful ingredients of the products and to get a great healthy smoothie.

The other important condition is that the lemon, ginger and parsley are fresh and that you use quality homemade honey.

Peel a the ginger root and put it in the appliance. Peel a lemon carefully and make sure not to leave any white skins on it.

Remove the seeds, if there are any and be sure to check, because even a single seed can make your healthy ginger drink bitter.

Add the lemon to the ginger, then add the honey and parsley - washed and and along with the stems.

Pour the water and blend everything for about a minute.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and serve the drink to boost your body's immune system.
