How to make
The eggs, flour and milk should be equal in quantity. In order to judge most accurately, beat the eggs without beating them in a measuring cup and weigh the same amount of flour and milk.
Mix the three ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease a muffin tin and place it in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees) to heat up.
Distribute the mixture in the tins to the middle. Bake them for about 20-25 minutes until they aquire a golden brown color, without opening the oven. The Yorkshire Pudding should swell up at the edges, but the middle should remain concave.
Traditionally in England, they are served as a side dish to meat.
