How to make
Grease the grill pan well with olive oil and heat it over high heat.
Sprinkle it with coarse salt and place the shrimp in it, by leaving a space between them.
Only place them in the pan when it is well heated and never before.
Grill them until the bottom turns orange and immediately turn them over on the other side briefly.
It takes no more than a minute on each side to grill them and to remain tender.
When grilled longer, the shrimp dry out and lose their flavor. That's why it's good to put less in the pan so that its temperature doesn't drop, which would dry them out again.
Repeat with the other shrimp.
Serve the 30°F (grilled shrimp) while they are still warm and garnish them with lemon, if desired.
This is a very quick and easy way to serve an exquisite appetizer to your table, with the natural taste of seafood, without being overshadowed by other ingredients or spices.
Enjoy the sea flavor with a glass of cold white wine.
Enjoy your meal!
