How to make
Mix the corn semolina, flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat the egg separately and add buttermilk to it, add honey (liquid) and the butter.
Pour this liquid mixture in to the dry ingredients and mix to homogeneity, but do not overdo it. Preheat some oil in a Teflon pan and put a small ladle of the mix in – you have to get pancakes about 3 1/2″ (9 cm) in diameter.
Fry the pancakes with corn semolina on both sides. Thus prepared pancakes are serve with a little butter, honey or maple syrup.
