How to make
Mix the melted lard with the flour, baking powder and white wine. Add more flour, knead a smooth dough.
Roll the dough out into a sheet and cut it with a knife or a glass get the desired cookie sizes. In the middle of each cookie, put a piece of sliced Turkish delight and fold it.
Arrange them in a tray and bake to pinking in a moderately heated oven.
The ready cookies with Turkish delight are sprinkled with plenty of powdered sugar.
