How to make
Crush the garlic and mix it well with the yoghurt, feta cheese and spoon of melted butter. In a large bowl, put the shredded lettuce, the cucumbers and tomatoes cut into pieces, and thin strips of peppers.
Add the olives and pour on a dressing made from the vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper and mix. Serve the salad in bowls with a spoonful or two of qatiq (the yoghurt mixture).
