Finely chop the bay leaves and place them in 1 1/2 cups (300 ml) of water.
Let the bay leaf tea boil for 10 minutes until one third of the water has evaporated.
Move the tea from the hob and leave it aside for 10 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink it 2-3 times a day. Add a teaspoon of honey, a little propolis and a slice of lemon to it, in order to reduce the bitterness.
