How to make
The biscuits are crushed and mixed with the melted butter. Spread the mixture in a form and leave it to set in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, make the cream for the cheesecake.
Beat the mascarpone with the sugar and vanilla, then add the whipped cream.
Dissolve the gelatin and add it to the mixture.
Apply it on the biscuit base and leave it in the fridge again for at least a few hours. Leave 2 spoons of gelatin aside.
Once it has set, it is time for the glaze.
Beat a jar of jam with water and the remaining gelatin. Spread the cheesecake with it and arrange the fruit on top as you like.
Put it back in the fridge for at least an hour or two.
Then you can enjoy the wonderful blueberry cheesecake!
