How to make
The mushrooms are cleaned and cut into small pieces.
The container, which is going to be used is wrapped with foil (unless it is silicone).
The onions are finely chopped and stewed in fat. Add the mushrooms and fry them for 5 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper, pour the wine and let it boil for 10 minutes. Finally, add the cream and leave it for another 5 minutes on the heated hob.
Separate one third of the mixture, the rest is blened into a puree.
Then add the separated part of the mushrooms and gelatin, pre-soaked in cold water.
Pour it into a prepared in advance container and leave the delicious terrine in a cold place for about 12 hours to set.
I made it into individual molds and turned them over before serving.
The terrine with mushrooms turned out spectacular!
