How to make
In a small pot pour 3 cups of spring or filtered water.
Put it on the stove and as soon as it boils, add the washed herbs (whole flowers or just their leaves - optional) - marigold, mint, mallow, tagetes and dill.
Once the tea has been boiling for 2-3 minutes, remove it from the heat.
Shortly afterwards, strain and leave it to cool.
Serve it chilled and sweetened - with brown crystal sugar or honey of your choice.
This iced tea is not recommended for people who are sensitive to pollen!
