How to make
Pour the spices and finely chopped garlic into a bowl. Add 6 tbsp. of olive oil and stir. Put the chicken fillet in the mixture and stir until the whole meat is covered. Save the mixture after removing the meat for later.
Put the meat in a preheated pan and cook it until it aquires a golden color. It is then taken out and placed in a separate container and torn by hand into small pieces.
Meanwhile, add the preserved mixture of spices into the pan, add the sugar, lime and 1 tbsp. tomato puree and put the shredded chicken pieces. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
In a separate glass bowl, place the diced red onions, tomatoes and chopped spring onions.
To serve the tacos, heat the taco shells in the oven for 10 minutes at 300°F (150 degrees). After removing them from the oven, fill the taco shells with 1 tbsp. of fried chicken, yellow cheese and onion and tomato sauce.
The chicken tacos can also be prepared with Mexican tortilla wraps.
