How to make
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 10 minutes, while turning it until it changes color. Mix the listed spices and pour them over the chicken.
Stir well to season all of the pieces. Pour the meat along with the fat in a baking pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes and onions and chop them finely. Season with salt. Mix the yogurt with the garlic, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
When the meat is ready, take it out and leave it to cool briefly. Cut it into small pieces and place it back in the fat in the pan. Stir to grease all of the pieces.
Heat a frying pan with very little fat and bake the tortilla wraps on both sides until they aquire a golden color.
Put chicken in one half of the tortilla, the salsa and the sauce. Cover it with the other half. Fill all of the tortillas and serve them warm.
