Ingredients

  • prunes - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp.
  • oil - for greasing

How to make

Remove the seeds from the prunes. Boil them slightly in a pot until they change color. Blend them with a blender until a thick paste is obtained. Add the cinnamon.

Line two trays with parchment paper. Grease the paper with oil. Divide the mixture into two parts evenly and pour it into the trays.

Place the trays in an oven preheated to 120°F (50 degrees) with a fan for about 30 minutes.

Take out the trays from the oven and leave them in the sun until the pestil set, then roll it up and store it in a cool and ventilated place.

The prune pestil with cinnamon is ready.
