How to make
Beat the eggs, which are at room temperature in advance, along with the sugar until they turn white. Add the oil, the melted but cooled butter and then the milk, while beating constantly.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla to the cake layer mixture. Finally mix it with ground walnuts - 5.3 oz (150 g).
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, which you have lined with baking paper.
Bake it for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C).
Leave the baked cake layer to cool on a wire rack and then cut it into 2 separate parts. Cut both cake layers into a form. Crumble the cut outs, mix them with the remaining 1.7 oz (50 g) of walnuts - this mixture will be used for a breading for our delicious walnut cake.
The Paradise cream needs to be beaten well with the sour cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Start assembling the cake by spreading the first cake layer with 1/2 of the dairy cream, part of the sliced strawberries, followed by the second layeer and the other part of the cream.
Bread the side of the special cake with the walnut and crumb mixture.
Finish off the wonderful walnut cake with cream cheese with strawberries.
