How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a deep skillet or pot, add cumin, salt and black pepper. Chop the onion and add it to the meat.
Cut the mushrooms into medium thick strips and add them to the onions and meat. Fry until golden. Add the tomatoes, parsley, nutmeg, paprika and soya sauce. Add the rice.
Stir and fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add 4 cups of water (as you did for the rice). Cook until the water evaporates and the rice is ready.
