How to make

Prepare a dough from the above products. In an 8 1/3 cups (2 liter) container, first place the oil, then sugar, yeast and cool milk, stir well to dissolve the yeast. Add everything else - it is easiest to beat everything very well with a mixer.

Add flour and knead by hand until it is no longer sticky. Leave it in a warm area, cover it with a lid for 1/2 hour to rise. Then knead and roll it out again.

Smear the resulting crust with oil, roll it up and cut it with a knife into pieces about 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick and put them laying down in a tray. Place the florets a short distance from one another for half an hour in a warm place.

Bake in a high oven at 430°F (220 °C). Once they cool, pour on the hot syrup. I hope you enjoy the very delicious results!
