How to make
Cut the watermelon in half. Using a large spoon, carve it out and set it aside.
Clean, wash and cut the fruit into cubes (excluding the strawberries and blueberries). With a knife, carve a pattern on the edges of the watermelon rind.
In a small saucepan, squeeze the lemon juice, add sugar and water and boil the mixture over low heat. Leave it to cool and pour it over the fruit, which are already arranged in the watermelon bowl.
Drizzle them with rum essence and serve them chilled.
