Ingredients

  • couscous - 1 pack
  • tomatoes - 1 can of peeled and 2 cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • peppers - 1 red and 1 yellow pepper
  • red onions - 1
  • basil - 1 sprig fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Put the tomatoes in olive oil and bring the sauce to a boil. Once it starts boiling, add the couscous and simmer until cooked. Season it with salt and black pepper.

Transfer to plates and distribute the chopped peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes and chopped fresh basil.

Stir well and serve warm.
