How to make
The eggplant and tomatoes are cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into slices. The eggplants are mixed with the tomatoes and chopped onions.
Add a little water and part of the oil and stew the mixture until the vegetables soften. The mushrooms are boiled and then fried in the rest of the oil.
