How to make
Pour the chickpeas out of the tin. I pitted the black olives and cut them into very small pieces. Pour them into the blender. Put 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tbsp. sesame tahini.
Clean the garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces and place them in the blender. If a thicker mixture forms, add from the liquid in which the olives were or 2-3 tablespoons of water. Season with as much salt as you desire.
Toast 2-3 slices of bread. Remove the crusts and cut them into triangles.
Pour the hummus into a plate and place the toasted triangles on the side.
