How to make
Wash the neck steaks and dry them. Heat a Teflon pan until a drop of oil in it begins to run, then put the steaks in the pan and press them well to stick. Once they bake, they will unstick by themselves - do not worry, they will not burn.
Bake for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Cook the other side for no more than 3 minutes. Bake in an open pan. Add no more than 1 cup of water. Cook until the steaks remain only in fat! Serve in a heated dish, sprinkle with sea salt and chopped parsley. If desired, cut the stalks of the parsley as well.
It's best to eat them with a fresh salad and dry red wine, not beer! Note: if the meat is a bit drier, as are chops, thighs or shoulder - brush the steaks with a little oil, so they do not burn and follow the recipe as written. Cheers!
