"A sweet raspberry syrup, prepared at home"

Ingredients

  • raspberries - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
  • sugar - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
  • water - 5 cups (1 liter)

How to make

Boil the sugar with the water and add the cleaned raspberries. Leave it to boil, remove it from the heat and let stand 1-2 hours.

Strain it and leave the juice to boil for about 5 minutes and make sure to remove the froth regularly.

While still warm, pour the juice into dry bottles and close them after the juice has cooled. Sterilize them for 10 minutes.
