How to make
Whip the cream with a mixer. Smear the first cake layer with the juice of the compote - without letting it absorb too much. Smear with cream on top and put sliced bananas and kiwi on it. Do the exact same thing with the second layer.
Do not smear the third (uppermost layer) with compote, instead directly smear it with the cream. Arrange fruits on top and make decorations as you choose. Put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Note: the fruits listed are examples, you can use any fruit :)
