How to make
Grate the lemon peel and squeeze its juice. Boil the water, add the maple syrup and lemon peel.
Remove it from the heat and strain it into a jug. Add the lemon juice and canned pineapple juice. Add the sliced pineapples.
The lemonade is cooled down to room temperature and left for 3 hours in the refrigerator. It is then served with mint leaves.
