Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • green beans - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 2 pcs. cloves
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • salt - by taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Thickener
  • eggs - 1 yolk
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp.
  • vermicelli noodles - 1 handful

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, as well as the carrots and green beans.

Heat oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onions, carrots and potatoes. After 2-3 minutes, add the green beans and fry them until they change their color.

Add the grated tomato and 1 tsp. of paprika. Stir and add enough water to cover the products. Boil for 15 minutes, add the broken up noodles and season with salt, black pepper, finely chopped garlic and oregano.

Boil until the noodles are ready. Mix the yolk with yogurt and thicken the soup. Delicious!
