"The perfect addition to a bottle of well-chilled white wine - fragrant carpaccio with apples"

Ingredients

  • apples - 1 pc.
  • goat cheese - A small lump
  • walnuts - 1 handful
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • lemons - juice of 1/2 lemon

How to make

Cut the apple into thin circles. Squeeze the lemon juice into a plate/bowl.

Dip the apple pieces inside briefly (this is done so that the apple does not turn brown).

Remove and arrange in a suitable dish. Crush the cheese on top.

Cut the walnuts into small pieces with a knife and sprinkle.

Drizzle the carpaccio with honey and serve.
