Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • sausage - 3 pcs. (about 10 oz (300 g)) raw beef
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • chili flakes - 1 tsp.
  • diced tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • fusilli pasta - 10 oz (300 g)

How to make

Remove the meat stuffing from the sausage wrapper.

Heat olive oil at a medium temperature and fry the sausage for 15 minutes and keep pressing it with a spoon to break it into pieces. Fry it until it turns golden brown.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Reduce the heat and add them to the sausage. Stir well. Cook until they soften or for about 5 minutes. Add the chili flakes and stir.

After 2 minutes, add the diced tomatoes. Stir again and cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked. Boil the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 10 minutes.

Strain it and add it to the sausage and sauce. Stir well to cover the pasta with the sauce and serve it hot.
