How to make
Season the cut into steaks counter fillet with salt and black pepper and roll them in flour.
Heat the butter and oil and seal the steaks on each side for 1 minute.
Arrange them in a baking pan and cover them with the fat that they were fried in.
In a blender, grind the bread, pistachios and parsley. Add olive oil, egg, salt and black pepper and mix them well.
Add a bit of the mixture on each steak.
Bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for 13 minutes.
