Ingredients

  • button mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - a lump
  • white wine - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Melt the butter in a pan.

Put the mushrooms in the pan and fry them on medium heat until golden. A little bit before turning the heat off, add the white wine.

Wait for it to evaporate and turn the heat off. Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt and black pepper.

Serve immediately, while still warm.
